We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the transportation and location. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel was only a five-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for us to travel around this city. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the effort that the staff put in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel. They were also very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This accommodation is situated only five minutes away from a train station, making it a great location for those who like to explore the city. the room is incredibly spacious with top-notch cleanliness, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They give clear instructions on how to use the facilities, such as the washer and dryer, upon request.
The breakfast selection could be broader to cater to different tastes.

The location of the hotel was great as it was only a short walk from the airport link train station. the room was spacious which allowed for a great deal of comfort when moving and staying. Finally, the cleanliness was also well kept and added to the general appeal.
Although the hotel was targeted towards international tourists, the lack of instructions in English for the water heater and washing machines proved problematic, although the staff was quick to assist once contacted. This could be improved to make staying more seamless.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great experience! the room was extremely spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. Loved the fact that the hotel was located just a few minutes walk from a train station, making it easy to get around the city. We appreciated the English instructions for the washer and dryer, which the staff was quick to provide via messaging.
One thing we didn't like was that there weren't enough English instructions for everything, especially regarding the water heater. It would have been helpful to have more clear instructions provided in the room or at check-in.

Extremely spacious and clean room. Convenient location near Nakasu-Kawabata station. Close proximity to the airport line. Roomy and comfortable accommodations. Easy access to transportation. Well-maintained and tidy.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
